Driver Trapped Under Live Wire

A dump truck driver was dumping dirt along the old Frontage Rd. of Hwy 251 when his truck pulled down a live power line trapping him in his truck. A Com Ed crew was called to the scene and cut the line, so the driver could move the truck. No one was injured.
