Harlem-Roscoe Fire received a call for the boat and divers after a car was found submerged in a flooded corn field just West of the Roscoe Road Bridge. Cold water suits were donned by Harlem-Roscoe Firefightes as they prepared to check the vehicle for victims. But, then Roscoe Police received information that the driver was not inside. So, divers from Rockton Fire were used to secure the tow trucks line to the submerged car and Roscoe Road traffic was detoured as the car was towed out of the flood waters.
