The Harlem-Roscoe Firefighters Association includes all sworn in personnel of the Harlem-Roscoe Fire Protection District. Association Officers are:

• President – Joe Quast
• Vice President – John Donovan
• Secretary – Randy Lovelace
• Treasurer – Ramona Baldoni - Lake

The three Association Trustees are;    Matt Bush, Bob Stark, and Doug Wolfe.

Harlem-Roscoe Firefighters Association has a breakfast meeting the second sunday of every month. Fire personnel take turns making the breakfasts. The Firefighters Association throughout the years has offered support to the department. It has purchased a fire truck, bunker gear, dress coats, pagers, and various tools such as the 'Jaws of Life" and other expensive equipment and has supported the medical supplies for many years. The Association also purchased and donated a defibrillator to Harlem High School. In recent years they have purchased CPR mannequins for teaching CPR.
