Picture changes every five seconds after page has loaded.Parades & FloatsHarlem-Roscoe participates in several parades throughout the year including the Young At Heart and Fall Festival Parades. For the last several years, Float Chairman Firefighter Joe Quast has been in charge of making the floats. He rounds up the newest firefighters, they put their heads together, and then they create award winning floats. At Christmas time another float is created to participate in all the area lighted parades.
