Become a Harlem-Roscoe Firefighter

Join our family of firefighters and become a member of Harlem-Roscoe Fire Protection District #1. You must be 18 or older and live in our fire district. All you need to do to get started is to stop by the Harlem-Roscoe Fire Station #1 at 10544 Main Street in Roscoe and fill out an application. Then, when a new recruit class is scheduled, all those interested will be mailed an invitation with the date and time of the orientation meeting.

You want to become a volunteer firefighter and you don't know what fire department to call. All you need to do is call the The Winnebago Fire Chiefs Association Recruitment Hotline number and leave your name, address, and phone number and they will call you back and put you in touch with the proper fire department.
